It's so nice to be able to be able to go back to a bakery without guilt and everything is an option! I buy the pie many times, have one slice per night, and it's keeping me on track. The scones are excellent; so flavorful and perfect with coffee. Quality keto foods, and friendly staff. Love this place!

Came across Valley keto at the uptown farmers market. What's it out was the creativity and the density of each menu item. We had a mini donuts, surprisingly healthy with no added sugar, but still satisfied my appetite for something sweet. Great customer service. You can order ahead as well for pick up at the farmers market as their primary location is in surprise

AMAZING DELICIOUS, SOFT KETO & CLEAN BREADS, BISCUITS & FOCACCIA!!! The ingredients list on everything I bought was short, natural, no gums, and the textures and flavors of each item were as good as regular bread. I have celiac disease and also need to eat kto to reduce my arthritis pain. I'm so happy to be eating a fabulous soft bread with no fillers like at other gluten free restaurants. The olive loaf is such a good bread, so delicious, soft texture, cuts into slices. The focaccia I drizzled with EVOO which complimented the lovely herb-iness in the bread. Finally able to get keto things done right, truly she is a professional baker who elevates keto baking.
