Chef’s journey started in her own kitchen, experimenting with recipes that were gluten-free, sugar-free, and keto-friendly—but still full of joy. What began as a few loaves shared with friends quickly blossomed into a thriving bakery serving the West Valley and beyond.

Every item we bake is handcrafted with care, using clean ingredients and no grains, gluten, or added sugars. I have a gluten intolerance and have been gluten free for 3+ years. Being recently pregnant I also have gestational diabetes which makes it even more difficult finding quality food items that are BOTH gluten free and low carb. I was very excited when I found Valley Keto which checks both things I need to look out for. Especially now that I’m pregnant with GD, finding sweet treats was something I gave up on. We tried their Dinner Rolls, Snickerdoodle cookies and Apple Cider Doughnut Bites and I could cry they were so good lol the dinner rolls were very satisfying and filled us up without all the bad carbs 10/10 recommend and we will be long time customers.
