Founded by Ched Sue Curtin, Valley Keto began as a passion project fueled by a love for baking and a desire to support healthier lifestyles. Ched’s journey started in her own kitchen, experimenting with recipes that were gluten-free, sugar-free, and keto-friendly—but still full of joy. What began as a few loaves shared with friends quickly blossomed into a thriving bakery serving the West Valley and beyond.

Every item we bake is handcrafted with care, using clean ingredients and no grains, gluten, or added sugars. I am so happy that i don't live closer to the shop and that the Uptown Farmers Market only happens on Saturdays...and i don't go often! Let me start off by saying...WOW! I have been following a ketogenic lifestyle since March 2023 (for various health reasons). In that 2.5 years, i have tried a few different keto baked goods and no one hits the mark, EXCEPT valley keto! Pretty much every single item we have tried has been nothing short of amazing. Yes, the items are pricey. but if you look at the ingredients they are pretty dang clean. Which I LOVE! A lot of people follow net carbs, but I don't subtract fiber nor sugar alcohols (net carbs are what you get after subtracting those from total carbs). So I REALLY appreciate that Total Carbohydrates are listed in the nutritional facts.

I’ve been here a few times thus far, and the food from what I’ve tried has been amazing. This place truly reminds you that just because you are on keto, food can still taste great. The dish I would consistently get is the chicken and spinach lasagna and it’s out of this world. If I’m feeling some sweets, I get there chocolate chip cookies, it comes with 6 and I like to microwave them and eating them makes me not even miss traditional cookies! From what I have tried, this is a high quality Keto bakery. The prices are on the higher side, but it’s more of a fault of the ingredients supporting this diet being super expensive. You can make this work on your budget depending on what you get tho!

I happened to find this place when o was in the area and I’m so glad I did! I am gluten sensitive and try to stay away from sugar. My son is allergic to dairy. I bought 2 breads to try, the cinnamon and the pumpernickel. Wow! The cinnamon was so good heated up with some dairy free butter along side my coffee. Yum! For the pumpernickel, I grew up eating it at parties with dill dip. I haven’t been able to have it in 20 years due to my stomach getting extremely sensitive to gluten. I was so excited to see this and I made some dill dip right away! The bread was so amazing, it brought me right back to my childhood! I made a big bowl of dip so I’ll have to go buy at least another loaf if not 2! So good! They were so nice there too, taking the time to explain everything to me. I plan on trying lots more items from their menu!
