"AMAZING DELICIOUS, SOFT KETO & CLEAN BREADS, BISCUITS & FOCACCIA!!! The ingredients list on everything I bought was short, natural, no gums, and the textures and flavors of each item were as good as regular bread. I'm so happy to be eating a fabulous soft bread with no fillers like at other gluten free restaurants.
The olive loaf is such a good bread, so delicious , soft texture, cuts into slices. The focaccia I drizzled with EVOO which complimented the lovely herb-iness in the bread. Finally able to get keto things done right, truly she is a professional baker who elevates keto baking. There's no reason for us celiacs to feel left out anymore."
